Out word supply under is section 9(3) or section 9(4) ? , because section 9(4) reverse charge M is suspended until 30/6/2018 .
we are GTA. & Party is liable to pay under reverse charge @ 5%.?
Please guide?
In GSTR 3B : 3.1 (c)
In GSTR 1 :
To registered dealer then show in B2B section with tick "Supply Atract Reverse Charge"
To unregistered dealer then Show it in Exempted Supply column...
In GSTR 1 :
To registered dealer then show in B2B section with tick "Supply Atract Reverse Charge"
