Outward supply by local authority under rcm

Sir the Service receiver is registered and the service is liable for RCM in the hands of Service receiver, treatment in GSTR 1 I know how to show it in 3B?

Should I show it in - table 1(a) Outward taxable services (other than exempted and nilrated ) as Amount in taxable value coloum and CGST, SGST as 0 ?

YES , SHOULD BE SHOWN IN TABLE 4A IN GSTR1, AS I HAVE ALREADY REPLIED CLICK THE TOGGLE BUTTON ON FOR RCM THEREIN & CAN SELECT THE TAX RATE ALSO IT WILL NOT ADD TO YOUR OUTPUT LIABILITIES

MAKE SURE THAT "TOGGLE SWITCH IS ON " FOR RCM
