Yes Renting of Immovable Property By Local Authority is Under RCM , if the Recepient is Registered
Authority has to such entries in GSTR 1 under table B2B sale by clicking the option RCM therein

Sir the Service receiver is registered and the service is liable for RCM in the hands of Service receiver, treatment in GSTR 1 I know how to show it in 3B?
Should I show it in - table 1(a) Outward taxable services (other than exempted and nilrated ) as Amount in taxable value coloum and CGST, SGST as 0 ?
YES , SHOULD BE SHOWN IN TABLE 4A IN GSTR1, AS I HAVE ALREADY REPLIED CLICK THE TOGGLE BUTTON ON FOR RCM THEREIN & CAN SELECT THE TAX RATE ALSO IT WILL NOT ADD TO YOUR OUTPUT LIABILITIES
MAKE SURE THAT "TOGGLE SWITCH IS ON " FOR RCM

THERE IS NO SPECIFIC COLUMN IN GSTR 3B , CAN SHOWN UNDER EXPEMPTED SUPPLY
