Outstanding Demand correction
Self assesment tax already paid for ay 2014-2015 but its demand was raised and showing under outstanding demand how to correct it

Understand the reason for occurance of demand, the reason will be available in 143(1) or any other intimation.
Outstanding demand showing tax not paid
Submit disagree response and upload the tds paid challan
Submit response to outstanding demand selecting option challan with CIN available
If it's not happening then request AO / CPC to nullify the demand by uploading pdf challan
Challan will be verified online
I dont have challan copy but in form 26as the payment is reflecting
Use that challan details in open challan with CIN
Go to challan status enquiry in NSDL and input the details of challan as per 26AS , you may get the confirmation and convert the page to PDF and which can be used for uploading on IT website
Challan is of ay 2004 in which bis and challan number not available i disagreed with the demand and uploaded challan
The initial query says it is for 2014-15 AY . Kindly the query
Sorry its for Ay 2004-2005
If it is of 2004 go for manual rectification from your ITO
