Dear Sir,
I want to know, whether Service Tax is applicalbe on the Debit note we raise against the Out of Pocket expenses.
we have all the related bills and we have not considered the Service tax input credit related to those bills.
we are not charging any additional charges for the bills.
if we need to charge Service tax for those also?

Reimbursements form part of the value of service and service tax is payable thereon. But expenses incurred in the capacity as pure agents can be exclused from the value of service.
