Is Order u/s 201 (1) /201(1A) this can be revised under any section ?
Or have to appeal to CIT (appeal).

IT can be revised , but if ones demand U/s156 is issued then u should go for only cit (appeal).
If mistake is apparent from record then the order can be revised u/s 154.

please qoute the section where it is mention that revision cannot be made after issue of demand u/s 156.
