Does order of E-Verifying Orginal and Revised return matter? (Assuming both are E-Verified before 30days- filed on 31st July)

No. Importance is their e-verification, not the order...
Even if the orginal is filed before due date (31st July), but revised is filed after due date (2nd August)?
Yes, revised return for AY 2022-23 can be filed till 31.12.2022, so its not beyond due date.
Order matters here, if original return not processed due to non verification and you verify revised return then revised return processed with late fee
