I am salary class. can I change my option from old tax system to new system while filing itr.

Form 16 shows old tax system but whereas new tax is more beneficial.

Than you can file return under new system for that year.
u also can declare to your employer to deduct TDS as per new system only via declaration for current year, if it's beneficial

Yes, you can choose as per your convenience while filing ITR.
