which opt out option would be better to choose since all the three options are not applicable and i am not able to properly study due to some other reasons

You can still opt out by giving self declaration and can appear in January exams
My doubt is in the self declaration format given by icai where they give 3 options..if my area doesnt come under containment zone and still i tick that 3rd option...there wont be a problem right..since icai is not asking any proofs
Don't take risk by selecting option 3rd as the containment zones are notified by state govt... choose option 1st or 2nd...

You can opt out after appearing for any paper but you will have to again appear for entire group.
Can u give clarifications, i can option out for group second only after completion of exam of my first group
Yes..mid way opting out is not possible..since you are carryforwading your exemptions as per the self attested declaration
The opt out portal is not showing bifurcation of groups,as I tried to opt out group II on behalf of my friend what can be done.
