Opening a New Branch Office

We are a Pvt Ltd company based in Hyderabad and we have decided to move our Corporate Office to Goa. There will be no change in registered office address.  Please let me know,

1. Whether there will be change in Income Tax Circle

2. Whether Service Tax Payment can be done under existing registration

3. Is professional tax applicable in Goa?

4. Whether we need to open seperate PF account for Company in Goa

5.  Also please provide with the checklist to consider while opening a Branch
