Open interview

An open interview is just like any other interview. The only diff is in the manner it is being conducted. It gennerally involves lots of open ended questions which can lead to some sort of discussions. More than the technical aspect, open interviews are conducted to gain an insight of the interviewee's ability to express his/her thoughts/mental state of being.
