Open book test
hey friends I think icai should have an open book test for CA students as in practical life most of the CAs refer books to find solution to problems. then what is the need of cramming all such lengthy Acts.

Sounds good idea, but the question is do we have panel of experts who can evaluate the answer scriptts objectively and to the level of best international practices

I am always in favour of open book system and I believe ICAI will definitely introduce it..But yeah It will take time..It isnt going to happen overnight..

I dont see how the evaluation process is impacted by switching over to open book system.. Could u pls elaborate..
