Open Book Exams For CA to be Introduced From 2017, is this (i) already been implemented OR (ii) yet to implement OR (iii) above idea will be dropped

Open Book exam for selected papers is verey good.
It is already having in CS course.
Other countries,open book exam is a regular thing.
Open Book is a knowledge testing.
Very difficult to pass
i personally feel open book examination is not suitable for CA exam.
New course will annouced soon. Recently approval received from the CG.
Wait and watch.
