OPC no.of directors?
is there any restriction on no. of directors of OPC in case of conversion from other kind of companies.???

For OPC minimum director is ome and maximums 15 directors.
private company having 7 directors can convert with OPC with 7 directors having a new status as OPC WITH 7 DIRECTORS
Yes, directors can be upto 15 but member shall restrict to only one, in your case it will work
As per section 149, read with section 165 of the Companies Act 2013, a private Company must have minimum 3 Directors and public Company shall have 3 Directors. And OPC must have minimum 1 Director and maximum 15 Director as in regard with compliance of Section 165 , a Company can have maximum 15 Director. If the Company wants more than 15 Directors, then Company shall pass Special resolution for appointment of more than 15 Directors
