For someone whose primary source of income is online training programme, can he or she file income tax under section 44ad or income tax has to be filed under 44ada? Please help solve this confusion

Yes they can file u der 44ada and not 44ad
Dear Sir,
I will be thankful if you can elaborate on the reason why online training programme will qualify for 44ADA and no 44AD as Online training program is not listed in section 44 ADA professions.
