You can download the utility file from the NSDL site and do the same without purchasing any software.
Download the following file.. install .. and prepare your TDS return.
TDS can be filed by downloading the TDS return software i.e. RPU and FVU version files from tin.nsdl site. Link for downloading software is - https://www.tin-nsdl.com/etds-etcs/eTDS-download-regular.php. This softwares are free and you dont have to pay anything. Fill the details after installing software and generate FVU file and submit the file to any of the nsdl centre near your office.
