Online tds certificate generation for correction

You need to login to TAN Account at TIN NSDL,then you need to place a request for Form 16A under the dropdown menu available there yo will be required to give for which quarter and f.y. you need the certificate.

You will be asked some details of the TDS return like Bank Challan details and PAN Details of any three deductees. Once this is done a reference number will be generated and then you can download the form 16A.

Download the PDF converter, Install it and generate Form 16 A.

In case you are filing Revised TDS return for any Quarter before A.Y. 2011-12 then you have to generate in the same way as you were generating earlier..........

Even if you are trying to download only the records in the correction statement f- for verification sake you should provide the Token No. / Acknowledgement No. of the original return.

Rest as usual.

Go to TDS CPC and See in status that whether the return has been processed for Form 26 AS. If "yes" then Go to download section and place a request for Form 16 A or 16 as the case may be.

You can download TDS Certificates of Correction Returns by entering each Deductee PAN wise

and entering Original TDS Return Acknowledgement No., Deductee  PAN & Challan details as

mentioned in the Original Return for verification.
