Online submission of exam form

hello,
I am going to appear for both the groups in december 2012 attempt, and the exam forms are to be submitted till 10th october 2012 without late fee.
as i am not able to get time to go to the institute, can anybody tell me how can i submit the form online, as it's done in CA and CS , via online.
any link that makes the payment online for it?
please reply so that i can proceed.

i tried filling online form but couldnt make payment due to some problem in their site. Tried calling the icsi headquarters help desk but no one answered. There website is not properly configured. My friend too had same problem. Got fed up and finally bought manual exam form. Better take out some time from ur busy schedule n fill it manually. Good Luck.

@ Ankit, you have two options, Either you can download examform and send it thru post, or you can apply online, but even you apply online..there is no facility for online payment, you have to send DD and print of your online applin..thru post.., but as per my knowledge., online exam forms for CMA not yet available on website..., All the best:)

I did my online payment and took a print out of it & the payment proof...Now is the procedure over or should i sent a copy of the same to kolkata?

I am happy and i did online payment for december 2012 intermediate.
Rs.1645 were deducted and a form was generated in which all the information which i feeded was there including my pasport size fotograph and a mini signature.

now please tell whether i need to send it to the institute or not? if yes, then to kolkata or regional office >?

@ ankit, when I called SIRC, regd this, they said, printed appln form has to be sent only if payment is made thru DD, and no such requirement for online payment.. even you can call toll free no. 18003450092, I found its very useful..and same answer from them too...,

Okay great, since i've made payment via credit card so i am not required to send that generated application to the institute.
okay for further clearity i will talk to the institute's toll free number and will let you know the same

@ Suresh, First get your 11 digit no, and keep your scanned photo and scanned signature ready.., and the format is user friendly.., can you tell me, where do you need help?.
