No, brother RTP's are different from Pracrice manual.
RTP is a must read for every student just before the exams as this booklet contains revisionary questions that might be useful for the said exams and contains ammendments related to that attempt respective to different subjects.
whereas,
Practice manuals is like Scanners, now a days these are given while registration with the study materials.
Practice manuals contains questions chapter wise on the basis of Past examination Questions and their slolutions
