I am filing online ITR 1, directly through the portal, of one of my client, but the issue I am facing is that, his personal details are not shown in the ITR form i.e. Name Surname PAN Card.
All the details are properly registered on his profile.
Please help me what to do in this scenario.

His name is not registered with e filing website. Register then it will come automatically.
Might be technical issues. Try again.
Else go to profile option and check his name as per PAN.

Dear Sayasachi Mukherjee, his name is registered without that how can i login to his profile and file the return???
It's technical issue try again after some time.

Clear all temp files and cache files and try again
Details not shown online just after first time registration, wait for 24 hours and same will be available on portal
Queriest is in the filing process that means he has already registered in e filing.

Before filling Income details there will be personal details.
If name is not coming in the personal details then it is technical issue.
If the name is coming and it's not matching with PAN Card then there is no issue

@ CA Rashmi Gandhi first time registration was done on 8th May, 2022 and even today i am facing the same issue.
I also faced the same issue but same is resolved later on, so please recheck it.

Yes the issue is now resolved and i was able to file the ITR and thank you everyone for helping me with the same.
