Online filing of Form 32

Roopshree, u should affix digital signatures after prescutiny but before submitting the form.After digitally signing the form save the form using save as option.Then go to the mca site , login and upload the form.

1) AFTER FILLING FORM PRESS CHECK FORM.

2) ADD BOTH THE DIGITAL SIGNATURE ONE BY ONE.

3) PRESS PRESCRUITINY.ALTHOUGH NOTHING WILL HAPPEN SAVE AS THE FORM.

4) LOG IN

5) GO TO EFORM UPLOAD.

6) UPLOAD IT .

7) FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION FOR PAYMENT.

After filiing form den attach consent letter then do Check Form after click on prescrutiny  and then you have to save the form as "save as". After that you upload the same form on MCA Portal.

Yes, I agree with Priya and Siddhi, after filling the form you should attach the DSC of director and CA/CS, then you should click the prescrutiny and save the file.

Then Form 32 should be uploaded in MCA 21 service.

SRN mang rahe he ye kese generate kare

SRN will be generated after upload. Leave blank SRN caption and press submit button.  It is used in case of re submission only.
