hii ashish. my frnd once encountered with same problem, and  we called the helpline and told my friend's details and got his password. so, you can try dat. Else you cross check ur DOB details with repect to ur Registration.

Yup, the number is 1860 345 0112.  you jus go to the examsite home page and at left below guidance notes you can also find Alternative number according to ur location.

Actually the above no.is not working you better try the alternate numbers.
