I appeared for my first Final CA attempt in May, 2010 for both the groups. However, I cleared only Group II. Can someone kindly tell me how should I fill up the details of Last appearance in my online exam form?

DO we need to affix photo again in the print out of online form in case it is already uploaded while uploading the form????Plz reply as soon as possible....
Say both in last apperence details and select the option " Cleared Gr II"
