I have completed my articleship and received the Certificate of Service which is the confirmation of Articleship Completion from the institute . Am i still required to get the Signature of the Principal in the Second Page of the Online Form ??? Or the Signature of THe pRincipal be left blank ?

NO in the second page you have to get signature of CA (Principal or Member) ....
you cannot leave that blank
Refer the icaiexam.icai.org website.. it is said that even parents can sign but though not sure...
i have raised a esahayatha request that is still pending
