ONLINE CHALLAN & PAY FOR THE ONE DAY LIQUOR LICENCE FEES TO MUMBAI STATE EXCISE DEPT

New procedure is being Implementation to avail One Day Liquor License As per State Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries Maharashtra, now it is semi online manual but in coming months it will be online.

Applicable: - To all Hotels, Banquet Hall & Restaurant where one day or more Liquor Party is being organised.

Company has to generate Challan from the treasury website based on details available in FP generated by Banquet Dept. The challan shall be handed over along with cash to SBI Fort Branch to deposit challan and cash and then visit state excise dept for obtaining the license.

Finance Department (FD), Government of Maharashtra, has decided to receive payments electronically; e-payment is a mode of payment in addition to the conventional methods of payment offered by the Government of Maharashtra. The acceptance of on-line payment of Maharashtra State's Taxes through the internet portals of various banks have been developed, without having any implication on the existing procedure of the executive and accounting agencies of the Department. To avail of this facility the taxpayer is required to have a net-banking account with any of the banks listed by the government on this site

We have to login on website: https://gras.mahakosh.gov.in/echallan/frmIndex.php

1. Go on pay without registration
2. Fill the detail on site
3. And generate Challan
4. Save the same on your system
5. Print the same and give to your Liason officer
6. Right now we have to generate challan online and Pay Cash (in future it will be online)
