Yes the member of ONE PERSON COMPANY can also become the Nominee of another One Person Company.
A natural person shall not be a member of more than one OPC at any point and the said person shall not be a Nominee of more than one OPC.
But where a natural person being members in OPC becomes member in another such company by virtue of his being a nominee in that OPC, such person shall meet the eligibility criteria within a period of "182 days".
He can become Member of any 1 ONE PERSON COMPANY. For this, he has been given 182 days time to choose between two of them.
