I want to know the procedure to change name of OPC in ROC delhi?
What documents to be required and forms that are to be filled to ROC within time stipulation.
Kindly guide if some have experience for the same.

File INC-1 for change of name.
Hello
File form INC-1 to register a name, after approval of name, File form INC-24 for change in name,
Attachments are as under:
Altered AOA
Altered MOA.
Notice of EGM and CTC
Minutes of EGM
In addition to above, you are also required to file MGT-14 (before filing INC-24) for filing special resolution.
