can we incorporate OPC without din ?

No sir. DIN will be required for OPC too. apply DIR-3 Form along with name and address proof of director.
U can apply din in spice form itself.
every director has to take a DIN no. it's is mandatory
Apply the incorporation of OPC through SPICE and can also apply the DIN in same form.
