one firm is registered and another firm is not registered

i am partner in partnership firm which is registered under gst but i have other income from 2 business i.e. from proprietorship business and rent income which is below 20 lakhs.. so my query is.... IS GST APPLICABLE ON MY PROPRIETORSHIP AND RENTAL INCOME.

The Proprietorship business & Rental income exceeding the ceiling limit then required Gst registration.
No need to consider Partnership Firm.

If the turnover of that single pan exceed the limit then only registration REQUIRED... since the partnership has separate Pan no need to consider that while calculating limit
