One day salary deduction of march month

I understand you joined in Hyd., thereafter you were relieved and interestingly you were issued an appointment letter again. What does this mean??

actually I went on deputation from my orginal work place to hyderabad for the period of 6 months. when the deputation completed I was asked to rejoin at my orginal workplace.

if it is the right thing they might have diduct on February month, but they did it on march salary. so what my question is.... is it right thing to deduct the salary for sunday.. ?

I'd suggest you to check the poilcy of your company in respect of issuing Joining letter to employees returning from deputation. Some companies issue such letters starting with next working day.

 If there exists no such practice then had better approach your HR division and ask for the a correction in the issue date. Submit such corrected joining letter in the Payroll deptt. along with a covering note explaining in detail your issue. Ideally, your salary will be adjusted in the following month.
