on delay submission of articleship form 103

hello everyone,
i wanted to submit my articleship form on 28 August 2018 Tuesday but due to Fever. I did not submit my form.
now today around 3:30 PM. I called in ICAI BKC for just information that tomorrow will holiday or not then Mam replied tomorrow 1st. September holiday as well as 2nd. and 3rd. also holiday.
and Frnds 3 September is my last date of Franking.
plzz suggest what should I do and what will be procedure done for submitting form 103.
