I am individual, having income under 44ada (professional Income) and some share capital income.so I filed ITR 4 ( no account case )because no option for capital gain in ITR 3 in old regime
now my query is
1. I am continuously in old regime, and this year also in old regime but not fill form 10IEA, because I think same regime so no need to fill this form, is it correct or not ,please answer
2. Is ITR 4 for no account case is ok or I filed wrong instead of ITR 3

As you have not filed form 10IEA, your filed ITR 4 will be processed under NEW regime only, as new regime is default regime from AY 2024-25.
If you have income from business or profession and choose an old scheme, then you need to file form 10IEA. Please check your inbox for further details.

One more question I filed ITR 3 WITH no account case ( only four items of balance sheet) do I need to fill full balance sheet in ITR 3
You filed ITR 3 or ITR 4?
Earlier you said you filed ITR 4!!
Sorry I filed ITR 3 by mistake I mentioned 4
In 'No account case' only column 6 of Schedule BS is to be filled.
