Hi,
Old Director resigned.Needs to add new director in Gst portal.
It is asking for resigned director DSC for doing changes in core/Non core field.
How to solve this..If anyone knows kindly help

Then sign with old director DSC
there is no such provision in this case in GST Law please go offline and resolve the issue with Amendment in Registration for Changes in Management of Company is the only one solution. No online solution persist for this.
You have an online option of making amendment in Gst registration certificate. You can remove the details of the previous director and enter the details of new director.
First add the details of new direction
second change the authorised signatory
Third delete the old director
For every step, department need to approve online
please follow one by one...

Hi everyone , my problem is that on the registration time company has added only one promotor or one authorized signatory and that signatory is now resigned from mca
to adding new director there is a validation error message showing that the authrized signatory PAN And NAME is not matched with mca or CBDT website
is there anyone who can help me???????
