OLD course vs New course - AS

Dear friends,

I did not take any coaching for accounts & intend to study from Parveen Sharma sir's current class notes. My exam is in Nov, 2010(OLD course)

Please let me know if there is any difference in the syllabus of AS New Course & the syllabus of AS Old Course.

This is important since sir will be teaching the AS contents of New Course only.

Please help & let me know if I can study with the current class notes.
