If I want to transfer from old course to new course is it worth it for c .a final.Should I do or not?

Jst go through the content of every subject of c.a final(new) course from the study material once...nd thn decide... I did the same thing nd got transfer from old to new.i think its better to take transfer.
what is the procedure..nd if I want to give ex's in nov 18 upto what time I should take transfer
