I have TN Manoharan Taxation book for IPCC Nov 12. Can I use it for May 13 attempt with supplementary study papers by ICAI? or I have to purchace new one? What about ST & VAT?

keep that book with u and just take RTP relesased by icai before exams it will give all new ammendments applicable to that particular year...
