For which exams did u enrolled ?
Obviously you needthe new study material
I have enrolled for CA-IPCC both group

Then no use of studying old edition?
Some website will display that new syllabus will be applicable for May 2017 exam itself,
But some website will display that new syllabus will be applicable from november 2017

Old Syllabus :-7papers
1st-Accounting
2nd-b law ethics n communication
3.Cost accounting & FM
4.tax
5.advanced accounting
6.auditing assurance
7.info technology n Stratergic management

But new Scheme consist of 800 marks of 8 papers
1.accounting
2.corporate law n business law.
3.cost accounting
4.tax
5.advanced accounting
6.auditing assurance
7.FM and other newly added sub
8 Stratergic management and information technology

So im confused

Could u plz provide me proper information abt applicability
check out institutes site for any notification on the same...your question is regarding the new scheme and not new syllabus...so just check whether the new scheme is applicable for may 17 o not..
Yes check institute website
I had checked on site, there is no such announcement, and even study material on site says as applicable for may 2016 onwards. And even taxation new updates have been arrived so if there was any changes they may had done on site. But still u ask any experienced CA on body of your branch, or enquire in classes as they are always updated about these things.
Ok. Thank you so much
