1. Can any one suggest me legal compliance, if any required under companies act/ROC for starting new office at kolakata by a private limited company having its registered ofc in UP.????
Company want to administer, operate as well as start invoicing from here by taking new GSTN leaving registered ofc in UP as it is.
Is it required to give prior intimation to ROC or to take any approval from any authority or iรพ can start administration.
