oct RCM paid in jan

I paid oct.18 month RCM in jan.19. In which month i can claim this rcm as input. From Oct. 18 onwards 3b is still pending.

How is possible...?

You will pay on January then How you claim before it declaration...?

If Oct 3B is pending then why not you will show the rcm in Oct 3B...?

If You will pay it (with interest) Jan-19 then you can claim Jan-19 onwards...

My question is i am paying (with interest) oct-18 month rcm liability in the month of jan. 19. Can i take this as input in the month of oct to set off the other output liability??

if u paid jan then you claim in Jan or Feb or Mar or Apr or may or Jun or Jul or Aug or Sept...
