Occupier and Factory Manager

Hi

 

What is the difference between Occupier and Factory Manager?

 

Occupier must be the Director of the Company. Is there anything like this for Factory Manager?

 

What should i refer to study about factory manager?

Factory Manager need not be a Director of the Company. He can be an employee of the Company.
