Kindly advice how we can obtain a Certificate of Incorporation of our Company from the ROC. It may be recorded that they provided once the same but due to computer failure we have lost the original COI sent by the ROC.We need a duplicate copy.

You can get certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation from ROC. Log on to MCA portal and pay the fees. Take the paid challan to the concerned ROC
