I wish to know thee procedure for obtaining RBI Unique code which is now required for all types of Bank Audit assignments

My proprietary firm is registered on 10/01/2020
Is the code allotted by RBI on its own or I have to apply for three same

You do not need to apply to the RBI for a UCN; it is allotted by the RBI based on the data submitted through the ICAI Multipurpose Empanelment Form (MEF). You should file your MEF annually, and you can retrieve or verify your assigned UCN through the official MEF portal.
