objects for a company incorporation
can company can be incorporated with different objectives like providing software services and at the same time doing construction business ,is it possible with one company???

it is possible,there is no such limitation
but MCA help desk people are saying it is not possible
No, it is not possible. If a company in dealing in providing software services than a company simultaneously cannot carry on the construction business, however the company can do those things which are required to attain the main business of the company which are mentioned under the ancillary objects. Also the name of the company reflects the main objects of the company, therefore a company cannot simultaneously carry on totally different objects. In case a software company wants to carry on the construction bussiness, than the company have to change its main objects, also the name of the company to reflect the changed objects.
