Object clauses

1. To construct, maintain, improve, develop, work, control and manage, hotels, clubs, restaurants, baths, swimming pool, amusement park, jogging parks, gardens, play grounds, places of worship, reading rooms, store ships and other works and convenience which the Company may think directly or indirectly conductive to these objects, and to contribute or otherwise assist or take part in the construction, maintenance, development, working, control and management thereof.

To carry on the business of hotel, restaurants, flight, kitchen, cafe tavern, beer house, refreshment room and lodging house- keepers, theatrical agents, box office keepers, concert room proprietors, dramatic and musical publishers and printers, licenced victuallers, wine, beer and spirit merchants, brewers, distillers, importers and manufacturers of aerated mineral and artificial waters and other drinks, surveyors, caterers for public amusements, generally coach, car and carriage and motor proprietors, job masters, farmers, dairy men, poulterers, ice merchants, importers and brokers of good live and dead stock colonial and foreign produce of all descripttions, hair desserts, perfumers, chemists, proprietor of clubs, baths, dressing rooms, libraries, grounds, and instructions of all kinds tobacco and cigar merchants, agents for railway and shipping companies, and carriers , theatrical and opera box offices proprietors, enterprises and general; agents and any other business which can be conveniently carried on in connection herewith.

2. To set up a chain of cafes, restaurants and eating houses to serve trade and industry in different cities to provide ready food to the customers which may include Indian Food, continental food, Chinese food and food of different varieties including milk and milk products, ice cream, jelly and jelly products and to act as manufacturers, distributors and dealers of ready to serve food and to provide franchise to the people who are prepared to serve the customers in accordance with the tradition and system of service laid down by the company.

To carry on the business of hotels, restaurants, cafe, tavern, beer-house, discotheques, refreshment room and lodging housekeepers, licensed victuallers, wine, beer and spirit merchants, importers and manufacturers of aerated and artificial waters and other drinks, purveyors, caterers for public amusements, flient kitchens.

3. To carry on the Business of Manufacturing , Purchasing, selling, Exporting and importing the Items related to Music, to aseemble  dela in the music procudt like Dhol, Kanjira,Pakhavaj,Tabla,Talking drum,Mridangam etc,
