We have a Pvt Ltd company under regiester 1956 act & main business is our company is construction but now we are getting primises on lease and start a nursing services on old age people & charges monthly fixed amount & refundable one time deposit. Now my question is can charges a service tax on monthly fixed membership receipt under BAS. if no so what is process for service tax relif
If the service is in the nature diagnosis, treatment, care for any illness, injury, deformity or abnormality in any system of medicine, then it is exempted.
