Numbering of Minutes and Resolutions

Hi,

This is not Legal requirement. But it made easy to find any Resolution in the minutes orv date of meeting, no. of Meeting etc when necessary. It is for simplification.

There is requirement of numbering of Minutes pages

There is requireent of numbering the page only.. but Kishan asked about numbering the meeting itself.. See the example he quoted..

It is Mandatory for private company to mention numbering on Minutes and Resolutions

Ya....Thanx sir...bt i want to know, Numbering of Board meeting minutes and resolution.

Ex..Minutes of 1st board meeting and So on.

There is no such mandatory requirement. But as a usual practice, it is done so..

Voluntary procedures are different from company to company. It’s upto your company to decide on numbering of resolutions. There is no such provision.

yes - it would be the professional approach

see forms in MCA site .Resolution number and date is mandatory

if  more than one resolution, numbered it by , item no1, no2 ...

minutes of first BM is important, so number it one by one

Please kindly explain is page numbering to be done in continuity of all pages of minutes book or separately for each board meeting
