Number of attempts

Hi friends,

                I have paid final examination fees for one attempt ( Nov 2010 ) but i have not attended even a single paper for that attempt. Whether it will be considered as an attempt (not as per ICAI Policy) in the outside market.

                 Please also consider the following information.
