While trying to file the TDS returns through NSDL RPU 1.9 for 24Q,Q4,FY16 -17, am unable to create the fvu file.

One of the employees has availed a house building loan from Bank A

Therefore in Income (including Loss From House Property) - 339 (Column 15) there is a negative figure for Rs. 90,000/-

Now in Column 42, - Whether Interest Paid to the lender under the head 'Income from house property' - I have input Yes

Column 358 (Column 43) - Pan of Lender 1 - Do I have to enter Bank A Pan Number

Column 44 - Name of Lender 1 - Bank A

Though these are mentioned as optional fields unable to create file as it may be difficult to obtain PAN numbers for all banks.

Request for guidance.

Yes As With Notifications , In Form 12 BB Employee have to provide All details for claiming deduction from income with his employer.

With regard to employees who have taken housing loans from the state goverment or employees credit cooperative societies (that do not have PAN Numbers) would these employees not get tax benefits for interest and principal repaid over the financial year.
