I started business outside of india in fiscal 2012-13 and I am shuttling between india and uae since then, below is my days in india and out of india.
I wanted to know whether I am considered as NIR for fiscal 14-15 and 15-16.

I will be greatfull for any assitance provided as I haven't bought any remuneration/ profit till date in india and want to now bring the same but I and my CA are not sure if my status is NRI or Resident and the remuneration I bring will be liable to be taxed in india or not.
