Hi Friends,
If an Assessee, who is NRI and want to submit ITR for A.Y. 2014-15 in India. for Income in India.
but currently he is not residing in India, So If i submit the return on his behalf what should be the procedure and documents required.
and if submit the return and get it signed by him from Australia where currently he is living. Whether this ITR will be valid or not.
