Dear Dinesh,

if income received in India then the same will be taxable in india whether you are resident, or Non resident.

As per Section 5 - Taxability of Income

Resident

World income liable for tax in India

Non-resident

Income which accrues or arises or deemed to accrue or arise in India and

Income received or deemed to be received in India is liable to be taxed in India

thanks & regards

Shankr

.just help me out whether to show that Non taxable income in ITR or not..???
